Hi my name is Sophia and I am a junior at Collegedale Academy. This is my second year participating in CA’s Journalism program called Echolier. Last year was so much fun and helped me grow a lot in my writing skills.
My inspiration for my writing comes from things I am passionate about. I am a strongly opinionated person who loves to research topics that I am interested in. For example, I like to write about movies, books, and controversial topics.
Some of my strengths include being able to find reliable sources and giving good input. I also like to proofread all kinds of writing. Outside of school, I enjoy other artistic ventures such as crocheting, doodling, etc. But my favorite thing to do is watch films. I have always loved cinema and plan on going into a film career.
