1.     To get vivid and exciting dreams, have a parent or sibling read you a bedtime story before you go to bed.

2.     Always have a secret stash of your favorite snack or candy under your bed. You never know when you might need it . . .

3.     To channel your inner child and keep your toes toasty, wear footed pajamas.

4.     To get pumped to go to sleep, dance to your favorite song right before you go to bed.

5.     Make sure to tuck in your stuffed animal, so you can sleep in peace knowing you have done your good deed for the day and that you have given rights to stuffed animals everywhere.
