Life is a whirlwind. From school activities to upcoming tests to that problem that’s been on your mind all day, thoughts constantly buzz around your brain. Let them out.

Find a nice journal, grab a piece of scrap paper, or open up a notes app on your phone. Write out your fears, your plans, that great idea you came up with in the shower. If it’s crowding your mind, release it onto a page.

Your words don’t have to sound beautiful, and your sentences don’t need to make sense to anyone but you. Just write. The simple act of forming your thoughts into words enhances the thinking process and clears your mind.

So go, take a moment to relax, write out your thoughts, and free up some head space.
