What makes a great student?
Do you consider yourself a great student, or do you long to become one?
Some may think that being an ideal student is strictly about grades, but in reality it’s about balance. A good student not only values their academics but also has healthy friendships and hobbies.
Senior Andrea Olivencia says that a great student is “someone with high standards and is focused on what they want. Time efficient, and abstains from procrastination.”
Junior Hannah Falcon defines a great student as “someone who turns in their homework on time, has good grades and respects the teacher.”
A great student is someone who is engaged academically, attends school events, and wants to learn for more than the sake of a grade.
