Collegedale Academy’s Student Association holds first-ever pep rally
On Friday, November 6, Collegedale Academy shortened classes to make room for a monumental event: the CAYA basketball pep rally.
As CA’s student body gathered in the gym at the end of the day, the Eagle spirit wafted in the air.
CAYA’s eagle mascot even made an appearance to aid in creating a positive atmosphere.
The event began with an Acroforce showcase followed by basketball team cheers and finally a basketball knockout round. Junior Seth Graham and Sophomore Hannah Falcon battled a
close game for the winning title, but Graham took home the big W.
Overall, the pep rally was a success, and CA should expect to see more in the coming years, even months.
