Echolier Eats: Mrs. Holland’s Chocolate Chip Cookies

Oven: 350°

Ingredients:

  • 4 ½ cups flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups softened butter
  • 3 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 ½ cups packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 (3.4 oz.) packages instant vanilla pudding mix

Directions:

  1. Combine flour and baking soda.
  2. Cream butter, brown sugar and sugar. Beat in pudding mix until the substance is blended. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Blend in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.
  3. Drop rounded spoonfulls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Edges should become golden brown.
