Echolier Eats: Mrs. Holland’s Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
- 4 ½ cups flour
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups softened butter
- 3 cups chocolate chips
- 1 ½ cups packed brown sugar
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 (3.4 oz.) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
Directions:
- Combine flour and baking soda.
- Cream butter, brown sugar and sugar. Beat in pudding mix until the substance is blended. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Blend in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Drop rounded spoonfulls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes. Edges should become golden brown.
